Ingenious AI is the data controller for this service. We store your account email, the invoice and customer data you add by hand or CSV (names, emails, amounts, due dates) — and, only when you connect an accounting account with your own developer-app credentials, the data that sync brings in, the drafts the ladder creates, and an audit log of approvals and sends.

Accounting data is used only to run your chasing ladder and summaries. We do not sell it. QuickBooks and Xero access tokens are stored so sync can run; you can disconnect at any time, which stops further syncs.
